EraseVideo AI

Terms of Service

The rules for using EraseVideo AI: what you may upload, how credits and refunds work, and how we handle copyright complaints.

Last updated: 2026-11-07

Agreement

By using EraseVideo AI ("the service", "we") you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organisation, you confirm you can accept them on its behalf.

Your videos

  • Only upload footage you own or are licensed to edit. You keep all rights to your videos and results. You give us a limited licence to store and process them only to provide the service.
  • Do not remove other people's marks. You may not use the service to remove watermarks, logos, credits or other identifying marks from someone else's work, or to remove marks that label content as AI-generated (for example Sora or Veo watermarks or C2PA indicators).
  • Prohibited content. Do not upload anything illegal, sexual content involving minors, content that infringes someone's rights, or content meant to deceive people about who made it or what happened.
  • Uploads and results are deleted automatically after 7 days. Keep your own copies.

Accounts

Keep your login safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. One person per account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or abuse free previews, for example through automated or mass sign-ups.

Credits, payments and refunds

  • One credit processes one second of video at Standard quality; HD uses three credits per second. The exact cost is shown before you render.
  • Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
  • Failed renders are refunded automatically in credits. If a finished result is clearly broken (for example corrupted or missing frames), contact us within 7 days and we will refund the credits for that render.
  • Unused credit packs can be refunded to your card within 14 days of purchase if you have not used any of them. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and stop at the end of the paid period.
  • Prices are in US dollars and may change; changes never affect credits you already hold.

What the service can and cannot do

Results are generated by machine learning models and vary with the footage. Large text over faces, fine moving detail and long occlusions can look soft. The free preview shows one frame so you can judge before paying. The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Copyright complaints (DMCA)

If you believe content processed through the service infringes your copyright, email support@erasevideoai.com with: your contact details; the work you own; where the infringing material is (job link or file name); a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner, with your physical or electronic signature. We act on valid notices promptly, which usually means deleting the files and, for repeat infringers, closing the account. If your content was removed by mistake, you can send a counter-notice with the same details.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and significant changes are emailed to account holders. Questions: support@erasevideoai.com.
